The bidder must have successfully completed Repairs to Radial / EG / SG at Dam site. The required prior work experience includes similar works such as: 1) Repairs to Radial Gate of Minimum size 12 X 3 Mtr, with a minimum quantity of 2 Nos. 2) Repairs to Emergency Gate/Service Gate above size 1.2 x 1.2 Mtr, with a minimum quantity of 2 Nos. 3) Under Water Diving Inspection/Cutting/Braking on Dam Site, with a minimum quantity of 14 Days. Additionally, the bidder needs to submit a Work Done Certificate indicating equal or more quantities shown in the specified criteria. The minimum quantity required for important items of the work is 30% of the quantity of important items of the said work in one year, executed by the contractor. The amount for the work is 106.00 Lacs, and the Bid Capacity should be Rs. 353.74 Lacs or above. If the offer submitted is below the estimated cost put to tender by more than 10%, the Performance Security will be 1% of the estimated cost put to tender plus an amount equal to the percentage by which the offer is below 10% of the estimated cost put to tender, but minimum Rs. 1000/-. For example, if the offer is 14% below, the Performance Security will be 1% + (14% -10%) = 5% of the estimated cost put to tender.
