The bidder is required to have experience in works of similar type and magnitude. The bidder should have completed at least one similar type of work (contract) in a single work order of supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of a 33 KV suspension line. The value of this similar work should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender of the proposed work, which is Rs. 284.72 Lakh. The bidder needs to provide details of works completed, including physical and financial quantities executed. The bidder also needs to provide details of works in hand, including quantities executed, and annual turnover. The period for calculating the value of work in hand of the bidder is 24 months. The bidder needs to provide certificates from concerned authorities to support the figures mentioned. The experience of the project would be given to each joint venture in proportion to their participation in the joint venture. A certificate from the employer shall be submitted along with the application, incorporating clearly the name of the work, contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, and satisfactory performance of the contractor. The quantity certificate should be signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer for Government organizations. Joint Measurement Certificate (JMC) should be signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of MSEDCL Company. The bidder should have experience in executing works as a prime contractor or as a member of a joint venture. Experience Certificate of Private Organisation/Company will not be considered for Post Qualification Criteria. The value of similar work should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender of the proposed work, which is Rs. 284.72 Lakh, implying the similar work value should be at least Rs. 85.416 Lakh (30% of 284.72 Lakh).
