The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Experience of providing equipment in "Similar Project" in India with a minimum of 50 locations for detecting various violations during the last 5 years. - Experience of executing "Similar Project" in India using specific technologies such as Solar based Primary Power Supply and 4G/ 5G based Primary Network Connectivity during the last 5 years. - Experience of minimum number of completed/ongoing "Similar Project" in India with a minimum project value, which can be one project of 269 Crore, two projects of 168 Crore each, or three projects of 135 Crore each. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Zero Similar Project: 0 marks - One Similar Project: 4 marks - Two Similar Projects: 8 marks - Three Similar Projects: 12 marks - Four or more Similar Projects: 15 marks - Total Project Value of maximum any three projects submitted meeting the Criteria: - < 269 Crore: Disqualified - >= 269 Crore and < 404 Crore: 5 marks - >= 404 Crore and < 539 Crore: 8 marks - >= 539 Crore: 10 marks No specific amount or percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder needs to meet the specified project value criteria for the similar projects.
