The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Creative Designer: Minimum 5 years of experience in design creation. 2. English Content Writer: Minimum 3 years of experience in travel-related content with good command over English. 3. Marathi Content Writer: Minimum 3 years of experience in travel-related content with good command over Marathi language. 4. Photographer: Minimum 5 years of experience in photography in travel and hospitality-related content. 5. Videographer: Minimum 5 years of experience in videography in travel and hospitality-related content. 6. AI Content Developer: Minimum 5 years of experience in AI and latest technologies in tourism-related content development. The evaluation of technical proposals will be based on the following parameters: - Technical Experience Score: Eligible bidders will be evaluated and marks will be assigned based on their technical qualification experience. - Marks will be assigned as follows: - For Creative Designer, Photographer, Videographer, and AI Content Developer: - Minimum 5 years of experience: 1 mark - 5 years and above: 1.25 marks - For English and Marathi Content Writer: - Minimum 3 years of experience: 1 mark - 3 years and above: 1.25 marks As for similar works completed, the bidder should have successfully completed at least 2 projects in the field of Tourism and hospitality for Central Government / State Government / Private companies as an Agency for providing Social Media Services during the last 3 years preceding the proposal due date. The projects should have a cumulative value of up to Rs 1.20 Crores, with the following scoring system: - Two Project costing up to Rs 1.20 Crores cumulatively – 10 marks - Additional Project costing above Rs 30 Lakh each – 5 marks for each project up to a maximum of 15 marks. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The amount for similar works completed is up to Rs 1.20 Crores cumulatively for at least 2 projects.
