The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works. The qualification criteria include having achieved a maximum financial turnover of 75% of the given work during the last five years. As a contractor, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed: - Three similar works with a consolidated value of not less than 40% of the given work. - Two similar works with a consolidated value of not less than 50% of the given work. - One similar work with a consolidated value of not less than 80% of the given work. The bidder should have satisfactorily executed as a prime contractor a minimum quantity of work, including: - Providing rubble stone paving 15cm thick in 1:3 cement mortar: 1079.00 Sqm. - Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15: 220.00 Cum. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily executed as prime contractor in any one year, out of the last 5 years, the following minimum quantities of work: 1. Providing rubble stone paving 15cm thick in 1:3 cement mortar - 1079.00 Sqm 2. Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15 - 220.00 Cum 3. Providing cast in situ / ready mix M20 grade cement concrete for head walls - 111.00 Cum 4. Providing internal cement plaster 12 milimetre thick in single coat in cement mortar - 570.00 Sqm 5. Providing and laying vitrified matt finish tiles for flooring - 185.00 Sqm 6. Providing and fixing in position Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) FE -500 bar reinforcement - 5.40 M.T The bidder should have a Project Manager with not less than five years of experience in construction and two other qualified Engineers having three years of experience in Structural Repair or Structural strengthening work. The bidder should have a proven track record of completing similar work in the stipulated time and submit details of work done during the last five years, including the value of work unfinished. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last seven years.
