The bidder is required to have a minimum of three years of experience in conservation and restoration of ancient, historical monuments, other historic sites, and museum development. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last seven years. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Completion of similar type of works in the last seven years, with a minimum cost that meets one of the following criteria: - Not less than the project cost/work portion of the given work portion/cost of the project - Minimum THREE similar types of works (projects), with a minimum cost of not less than 40% of the cost of the given work - Minimum TWO similar types of works (projects), with a minimum cost of not less than 50% of the cost of the given work - Minimum ONE similar type of work (project), with a minimum cost of not less than 80% of the cost of the given work The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - A single similar type of work of amount Rs. 2,28,34,428/- (80% of the contract price) in the last 7 years. - The total cost of such similar works should not be more than 30% of the cost of the work portion of this tender. - The bidder's financials should show a minimum turnover of 75% of the work given annually for the last seven years, with a maximum annual financial turnover of Rs. 2,14,07,277 (75% of the contract price) in the last 7 years. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in conservation & repair work of Archeological Survey of India / State Archaeology in last 10 years, with evaluation marks allocated based on the number of projects completed and the financial value of the projects. The bidder should also have experience in conservation & repair work with Municipal Corporation/other Private Organization in last 10 years.
