The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar type of work amounting to 80% of the estimated cost. Alternatively, they can have completed two similar works amounting to 50% of the estimated cost, or three similar works amounting to 40% of the estimated cost in the last 7 years. Similar work includes projects such as Resort, Guest House, Tourist Reception Centre, Convention Centre, Hotels of Star Category, Exhibition Centre, Adventure Parks, and Tourism Projects MICE facilities. Additionally, the bidder should have a Project Manager with not less than three years' experience in similar work and another qualified Engineer having three years' experience in similar works. At least one of these engineers should be available on site full-time. The bidder should also have executed a minimum quantity of certain items of work, including 52 Cum of Cement Concrete M-25 Grade, 103 Sqm of Wall Stamping, 30 RMT of Solar Chain link Fencing, 107 Sqm of Synthetic Thatched Roof, and 666 Sqm of Landscaping in any one year. The annual cost of work is Rs. 2,95,58,511/-. Therefore, the bidder should have achieved an annual turnover of at least 75% of Rs. 2,95,58,511/-, which is Rs. 2,21,68,883.25.
