This indicates that the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 3 times the current project's requirements, which translates to 300% of the envisaged room count or estimated project cost. The bidder should have a minimum average turnover of Rs. 18 Crore (3x of the Estimated Project Cost of Rs 6 Crore for upgradation) and a minimum Net Worth OR Cash & Cash Equivalents of Rs. 1.5 Crore (25% of the Estimated Project Cost of Rs 6 Crore for upgradation). The percentage of Net Worth OR Cash & Cash Equivalents should be at least 25% of the Estimated Project Cost, and the turnover should be at least 3 times the Estimated Project Cost, which is 300%.
