The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a minimum of 7 years of experience in similar work, which refers to tourism-based projects (preferably having accommodation facilities) for State Government or Central Governments and Government Undertaking. The bidder should also have at least 10 years of experience in rendering Architectural Consultancy services. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of completing tourism-based projects for State Govt or Central Governments & Govt. Undertaking, with a preference for projects having accommodation facilities. The experience of ongoing projects would also be considered, along with the experience of key staff members of the bidder. In terms of specific values, the bidder should have experience of similar projects having a built-up area of more than 10,000 Sq. Meter / 1,00,000 SQFT, or similar projects amounting to more than a cost of Rs. 50.00 Crores. The bidder should also have experience of working on other Government projects (ongoing or completed) with a total implementation value of not less than 50 Crores in the last 05 years. The bidder should have at least Rs. 10.00 Crore of project-related experience in Tourism-based projects, preferably with accommodation facilities, for State Govt or Central Governments & Govt. Undertaking. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have completed at least one similar project in the last 5 years for certain positions. The amount of Rs. 10.00 Crore is mentioned as the required project-related experience for the bidder. The bidder's average financial turnover for the last 5 consecutive financial years should be more than Rs. 30 Lakh, with a specific requirement for each year. Key personnel required prior work experience is as follows: - Team Leader: 15 years in Architectural Planning with at least 1 similar project in the last 5 years. - Senior Architect: 8 years in Architectural Planning or Interior Designing with at least 1 similar project in the last 5 years. - Landscape Architect: 5 years / Min 2 yrs Exp in similar type of work. - Structure Engineer/ Consultant: Total 10 years / Min 5 yrs Exp in similar type of work / At least 1 major Residential project having an area of minimum 20000 Sqmt. - Interior Designer: 5 years / Min 2 yrs Exp in similar type of work. - Expert - Electrical Engineer/ IT/ consultant: 8 years in IT Solutions with at least 1 similar project in the last 5 years. - Project Engineer (Civil): 5 years in Construction / Civil Works. - Junior Architect: Total 5 years / Min 2 yrs Exp in similar type of work. - Senior Engineer: 8 Years / Min 3 yrs Exp in similar type of work. - Plumbing & Sanitary Engineer: 5 Years / Min 3 yrs Exp in similar type of work. - Quantity Surveyor: Total 5 Years / Min 3 yrs Exp in similar type of work.
