The bidder should have a minimum average turnover of Rs. 240 Crore in the preceding 3 financial years.
The minimum Net Worth or Cash & Cash Equivalents required is Rs. 12 Crore, which is 25% of the estimated project cost.
The bidder should have Operations & Maintenance (O&M) experience in Hospitality Projects with a cumulative room count of at least 400 rooms of 4-star category equivalent or above.
In case of a consortium, credentials of only those members can be added whose shareholding in the project was at least 26% at the time of completion of the project.
