The bidder should have experience in conservation and repair work of monuments/heritage buildings, with a minimum of one similar type of work completed, having a cost not less than 80% of the cost of the given work. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed a minimum of three similar types of works with a minimum cost not less than 40% of the cost of the given work, or two similar types of works with a minimum cost not less than 50% of the cost of the given work, or one similar type of work with a minimum cost not less than 80% of the cost of the given work. The bidder should also have experience in bridge rehabilitation/repairs, including specific items such as bridge superstructure lifting, replacement of expansion joints, and repairs or strengthening by concrete jacketing. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in foundation repair work with construction of cofferdams or temporary caissons. In terms of specific quantities of work, the bidder should have completed at least 438.96 Sq.m of stone paving, 113.40 Sq.m of lime pointing to stone work in lime mortar, 57.42 Cu.m of rubble stone soling, 39.79 Cu.m of 1:2:4 lime concrete for foundation and bedding, and 29.17 Cu.m of un-coursed rubble masonry in foundation and plinth in the last five years.
