The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having prior work experience as a prime contractor in works of a similar nature over the last five years. The bidder should provide information on the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor during the last 5 years, with specific requirements including: 1. Three similar type of works each costing not less than ₹ 652.00 Lakh 2. Two similar type of works each costing not less than ₹ 816.00 Lakh 3. One similar type of work costing not less than ₹ 980.00 Lakh at the price level of 2023-24 The bidder should also have executed in any one year, out of the last 5 years, the following minimum quantities of work: - Concreting of M-10 Grade: 117.00 Cum. - Concreting of M-25 Grade: 1055.00 Cum. - Providing Fe-500 Steel: 121.00 MT - Sand Face Plaster: 2300.00 Sq.m. - Stone/ Basalt Stone/ Laterite Stone Cladding: 3644.00 Sq.m. Additionally, the bidder should have a Project In-Charge with not less than Ten years' experience in construction of similar work and other two qualified Engineers having three years' experience in Heritage works. The bidder must have achieved a maximum annual financial turnover of ₹ 12,24,10,809/- (Rupees Twelve Crore Twenty Four Lakhs Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Nine Only) during the last five years at the price level of 2023-24. The bidder should also undertake to invest a minimum cash of up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation. The bidder should have access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities, certified by the Bankers, of at least 10% of the contract value. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except for the requirement of minimum annual turnover of not less than 75 Crores in any one year during the last five years and the bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should also demonstrate access to or availability of liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the value of the contract/contracts applied for.
