The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the amount put to tender, or at least two similar works of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender, or at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the amount put to tender at 2024-25 price level. Additionally, the bidder should have executed in any one year, during the last seven years, the following minimum quantities of work: 1. RCC M-20 & ABOVE: 275.00 CUM 2. TMT STEEL: 30.00 MT 3. BRICK WORK: 250.00 CUM 4. FLOORING: 625.00 SQM 5. WATER PROOFING: 220.00 SQM. The bidder should also have achieved a maximum annual financial turnover of not less than 330.00 lakhs in any one year during the last seven years. The bidder is required to have prior work experience, with details of the work done in the last 5-7 years. The bidder needs to provide information on the maximum value of civil engineer works done in any one year during the last 5 years. The bidder also needs to provide a statement showing the quantities of work executed during the last 7 years. The percentages of similar works completed are: - at least one similar work of value not less than 80% - at least two similar works of value not less than 50% - at least three similar works of value not less than 40% The amounts are: - 80% of the amount put to tender for one work - 50% of the amount put to tender for two works - 40% of the amount put to tender for three works - 275.00 CUM for RCC M-20 & ABOVE - 30.00 MT for TMT STEEL - 250.00 CUM for BRICK WORK - 625.00 SQM for FLOORING - 220.00 SQM for WATER PROOFING - 330.00 lakhs for maximum annual financial turnover.
