I.no.05:- Arrangement of WUA elections. Making rough format of vot magazine. Printing miscellaneous form of election. Collection of all material which is required for election like sealing wax, card board for compartment, signal board, board of election center, Guiding way for movement towards Center. Make arrangement of vehicle for movement of employee during election period as well as providing ballot box.

I.no.06:- Make arrangement of training & meeting for increase in public participation of WUA before election. Providing information to beneficiaries regarding nature of WUA, operation method, registration of WUA, voters of WUA, criteria for appointment of director of WUA, prepare ward wise voter list, make Director post is reserved for Constituent, election process as well as selection of president, realize them importance of individual participation by discussion and coordination with them, How to get all kind of benefits, which are the benefits & How will it be useful,etc. While collection of major fund for acquisition of electricity, they have to taken up power generation project through corporation or WUA, arrange training for the same. Arrangement of meeting & training for better process of election in neutral & free environment. All the information should be given to beneficiary regarding method of measurement of water, instrument for flow measurement, economic method for distribution of water, availability of fund for WUA, distribution of water, water rate sheet, recovery of water bill, all record & financial accounts as well as getting grant for WUA, maintenance of pipe line by training.

I.no.07:-Established one project level association along with all already established association & create all conventions etc of it.

I.no.08:- Arrange visit of selected farmers and elected representative on project site.

I.no.9:- Analysis by studying condition before installing project and condition after installing project, study the effect of project on social life.
