The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years. The bidder must have completed similar works with specific values, including: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (₹ 16440000), - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (₹ 20550000), - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (₹ 32880000). Alternatively, the bidder should have completed similar works with an "Annual Contract Value" of: - ₹ 165 Lakh (for three similar completed works) - ₹ 206 Lakh (for two similar completed works) - ₹ 329 Lakh (for one similar completed work). The bidder must have a minimum of 07 years of experience in Housekeeping, guest house maintenance & Catering Facilities management (IFMS). The bidder needs to submit details of all similar works completed during the last five years, ending by 31.12.2024, including the name of the work, name of the client, type of client/owner, and performance certificates from completed projects. To achieve the maximum marks, the bidder should have satisfactory completion certificates from more than 3 principle employers for projects not less than Rs. 165 Lakh, or from two employers for projects not less than Rs. 206 Lakh, or from one employer for projects not less than Rs. 329 Lakh. The bidder can receive marks based on the "Executed similar works" criterion, with 10 Marks for experience working in Office/Residential Campus of Govt., PSU, Semi Govt., Public Sector Banks, Financial Institutions, and Multi National Listed Company in Greater Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai/ Thane, and 8 Marks for experience working in Office/Residential Campus of Govt., PSU, Semi Govt., Public Sector Banks, Financial Institutions in any place other than Greater Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai/Thane. Additionally, the "Value of Single Largest similar work Completed" criterion assigns marks based on the value of the work completed, with 15 Marks if the value is more than Rs. 329 Lakh, 12 Marks if the value is more than Rs. 206 Lakh and up to Rs. 329 Lakh, and 10 Marks if the value is more than Rs. 165 Lakh and up to Rs. 206 Lakh. The value of the single largest project in hand is also considered, with marks allocated as follows: - More than Rs. 329 Lakh: 5 Marks - More than Rs. 206 Lakh and up to Rs. 329 Lakh: 4 Marks - More than Rs. 165 Lakh and up to Rs. 206 Lakh: 3 Marks The percentages of similar works completed mentioned are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost.
