The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years in providing similar services. The bidder must have successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements including: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated bid value is 40512724. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of 202 Lakh for 3 years and experience in mechanised cleaning and housekeeping services. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, if L-1 is not an MSE and an MSE Service Provider has quoted a price within L-1+15% of the margin of purchase preference/price band, then 100% of the order quantity will be awarded to such MSE bidder, subject to acceptance of the L1 bid price. The buyer can also increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent.
