The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder must have relevant experience, and supporting documents must be uploaded for evaluation. The bidder must have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. 2. Past Performance: The bidder should have supplied same or similar Category Products, with a weightage of 10% given to past performance. The Bidder or its OEM {themselves or through re-seller(s)} should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 10% of bid quantity - 3 Financial years - Past Performance: 10% Technical certifications required by the bidder include: - ISI Marked Connecting cables according to Inverter rating for each system. - Conformity to IS:60947 part I, II and III for switches and circuit breakers. - Conformity to IS:694:2010 (latest) for cable specification. - Compliance to wind velocity test for the Mounting structure of PV System. - Structural Steel, Grade: E350 (as per IS:2062:2011 latest) for mounting structure. - Powder Coated Aluminium for Junction Box. - Udyam Registration (for Micro and Small Enterprises) - Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant - Net meter approved by the Government of India/State Government authority concerned for connecting to the Grid. - Functional Service Centre in the State of each Consignee's Location. - Warranty and Guarantee: Minimum guarantee for maintaining output peak watt capacity, with > / = 90% at the end of 10 years and > / = 80% at the end of 25 years.
