The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed work of similar nature in the last seven years. The similar work experience can be demonstrated by: a) Three similar completed works, each of value not less than 30% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 2,10,00,000 each. b) Two similar completed works, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 2,80,00,000 each. c) One similar completed work, each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 4,20,00,000. The value of completed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of issue of the tender. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 2,10,00,000, in the last three financial years, as certified by a Chartered Accountant. The similar experience is specifically for "Regular and Routine works" and includes completed or ongoing works in building construction, especially in the construction of Public Health Centers.
