PAINTING : Luster paint * Removing the exiting color wash/ distemper/ oil bond * distemper / plastic/ luster etc. paint by scraping , washing and scrubing . The surface shall then be allowed to dry for 24 hours. It shall be sand papered to give smooth & even surface . Holes shall be filled with BIRLA WHITE putty then first coat of primer to be applied. After this necessary leveling shall be done with putty and second primer coat shallbe applied. The luster paint of approved shade shall beapplied in minimum 3 coat(finishing paint) includingscaffoldings, cleaning thefloor, fitting , furnitures,ladders,glasses, removing debris out of site etc. complete as per theinstruction of the architect. The paint shall be used nerolac. (depending upon the available space ) ofI.C.I./british paint with putti made of Asian /goodlacs

RENOVATION OF DOOR : Providing and appyling 8m ply sheet on both side of existing door finished with approved laminate and necessary hardware with night latch of approved make etc complete

RAISED FLOORING : providing and fixing 0.15m raised flooring made in 19mm ply with water proof,termite proof plywood support system with necessary hardware and finished with 1mm lamininate etc complete

CARPET : Providing and fixing Synthetic carpet flooring with necessary materials complete as per direction.

Sealant is used to seal the gap between Calcium silicate board and shutter beading. Proprietory Acoustic commissioning of the building making it air/water tight complete in all respects.
