Additionally, key personnel are required to have specific years of experience: Project Managers with a minimum of 5 years of experience, Civil Engineers with a minimum of 3 years of experience, Site Engineers with a minimum of 2 years of experience, and IT personnel with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - One similar work with a cost-wise value of not less than 80%, - Two similar works with a cost-wise value of not less than 50%, - Three similar works with a cost-wise value of not less than 40%. The bidder is also required to provide details of the work done, including the name of the work, name and address of the organization, place and country, agreement number and date, date of commencement, tendered cost, total cost of work done, and actual date of completion. The amount of Performance Security Deposit varies based on the percentage of the offer below the estimated amount, ranging from 1% to 14% of the amount put to tender.
