Structural Audit and Stability Certification of structures in Product Handling Plant in Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited Factory at Thal, Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra.

The structural audit shall be carried out for following buildings/structures in Product Handling Plant (Bagging Plant) 1. Bagging plant RCC building (approx. floor area 255m X 80m) with two floors, Ground floor height approx. 6m and 1st floor i.e. operation floor height approx. 4.0m contains offices, welfares, workshops, empty bag storage etc. 2. Transfer towers (RCC-24no.) having 4 floors, total height approx. 22m above the above Bagging plant building terrace level (Approx. floor area 11mx7m). 3. Two number of RCC-parabolic shape urea storage silos of length approx. 250m, height approx. 21m. and approx. 42m width. 4. Two number of RCC transfer towers(12mx8m) with height approx. 25m with 6 floors. 5. Sub-station and transformer building (RCC -Approx.32mx18m). 6. Structural steel Conveyor gantries: i) connecting transfer towers over bagging plant (21nos. height above GL-20m, Max. length 24m, c/s size 3mx2.5m), ii) silo to transfer towers (2nos, height above GL-10m, Max. length 12m, c/s size 3mx2.5m), iii) urea plant to silos along with take up towers(1no), trestles (2nos, height above GL-5m, length 400m, c/s size 6mx2.5m) iv) gantries inside the silos (RCC 2nos suspended: height above GL-8m, Max. length 250m, c/s size 5mx4m, steel-2nos suspended: height above GL-6m, Max. length 250m, c/s size 3mx4m) etc. 7. Railway cabin A and B.(RCC-Approx.12mx5m)) 8. Railway work shop and shed (Str. Steel -Approx.50mx20m 9. Foot over Bridge to Bagging plant building (Str. Steel, Approx. length 105M, width 2M, height above GL-5M) As per Scope of work Mentioned in NIT Annexure-XIX.
