The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for a certain number of Financial years before the bid opening date. Alternatively, 1 Year of past experience in same/similar service is required. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 10% of bid quantity for Past Performance. - 1 Year for experience. Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: - Copies of relevant contracts to be submitted along with the bid in support of having supplied some quantity during each of the Financial year. - Certificate (Requested in ATC) - Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC) - OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by the Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods. However, as per other information, no technical certification is required by the bidder to participate in this tender, but the bidder should have well established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service group in INDIA for attending the after sales service and OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods. The bidder should also provide Escalation Matrix of Telephone Numbers for Service Support and ensure compliance with all applicable laws/acts/rules, including Labour Laws.
