The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 7 Years or Diploma + 10 Years Experience - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 5 Year or DCE + 7 Years Experience - Quality Surveyor: B.E. Civil + 3 Years or DCE + 5 Years Experience - Quality Control Engineer: B.E. Civil + 5 Years or D.C.E. + 5 Years Experience The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar Type of work (Bridge Work) during last Five years. The requirements are as follows: 1. Three Similar Type (Bridge Works) of work having work wise cost of each work not less than 40% of tender cost at price level 2024-25. 2. Two Similar Type (Bridge Works) of work having work wise cost of each work not less than 50% of tender cost at price level 2024-25. 3. One Similar Type (Bridge Works) of work having work wise cost of work not less than 80% of tender cost at price level 2024-25. The bidder should also have achieved a maximum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) in the last Five years, with a maximum annual financial turn over of not less than 75% of the annual cost of the work, which is Rs. 240.89 Lakhs. Additionally, specific quantities of work executed in any one year of the last Five years are mentioned, such as 585.74 Cubic Meter of Concrete M-20 / M-30 for Pier and Abutment Slab, 217.56 Cubic Meter of G.S.B. / W.B.M., and 44.85 Metric Tonne of Providing, Cutting, Bending TMT FE-500.
