Dismantling Works

Dismantling old plaster wall/ceiling or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 150 metres lead complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing loose cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 150 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 100 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Civil Works

Providing structural repairs in Old Damaged concrete structures/surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1)Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water jet. 2) Cleaning the re-bars with rust remover for complete rust removal and washing with water jet to make the surface free from Acid content. 3) Applying Protective coat /bond coat using Polymer and Cement in the proportion of1:1.5(1 part polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in synthetic enamel paint like consistency with brush. 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20mm with the proportion of Cement 50kg : Washed and dried river sand 87.50; Silica sand 37.50 kg. mixed with 10 liters of polymer (or 1kg cement :1.75kg washed and dried river sand ; 0.75kg Silica sand : 200ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceed 20mm,after every 20mm thick bond coat as per 2 above to be applied continuing further structural repair works.This work is inclusive of all material,labour etc complete as directed with approved chemical manufacturer and specified by the manufacturer for Structural repair shall be used.

Micro Concreting for structural RCC column,beam,slab etc of approved brand or manufacturer complete job excluding scaffolding.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :(1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying , cutting and bending ,fixing in positioned tieing with 1.6mm dia. Binding wire etc complete as directed.

Providing and repairing to internal plaster in cement mortar1:4 (using river sand) of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area upto 2.5 sq metres including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the wall including admixtured with approved Waterproofing compound@2% by weight of cement used and as per manufacturer's specifications, sieving of sand to required fineness complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing minimum thickness 25mm uniform shade Kotah stone for external wall cladding laid over 20mm (average) thick base cement mortar 1:3 and joined with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slabs including rubbing and polishing to obtain mirror finish complete as per specifications.

Providing and laying,Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing reinforcement in steel with Chemical grout manufactured by M/s Hilti of 12mm dia. or equivalent,as per the manufacturer specifications. Job includes drilling the hole as per dia of bar and grouting etc all complete.

Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including waterproofing material as per the manufacturer's specification and excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level -1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Cutting and Laying Kota stone/Mosaic tiles at skirting etc over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 20 mm thick.

Waterproofing

Providing and applying two coats of Polymeric cementitious coating over the concrete or plastered surfaces with the using polymer and cement in ratio specified with using approved manufacturers specifications. Air cures the same for 24hrs. Apply potable water on floor surface to dampen the area before application of polymeric second coat of coatings.

A. Crack opening & filling :-Providing & applying for identifying, cleaning all the joints of centre opening, wet joints, marking the same. Making “V” groove at the interface of joints. Filling the “V” joints with polymer modified mortar/Cebex 100 or Nitomortar 30 M/s Fosroc chemical PVT. LTD. Or equivalent.

A. Nozzle Fixing :- Providing & applying for fixing Nozzles of 12mm dia. By drilling holes & fixing using Rendrog Plug M/s Fosroc chemical PVT.LTD. or equivalent. B. Epoxy Grouting :- Providing & applying epoxy resin Grout Concresive 1315 BASF/Cebex 100(fosroc) Or equivalent through the nozzles fixed already under pressure of 3-3.5 kg/cm 2.Above including all labour, material etc complete.

Finishing

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint,lime and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing 03 (three) level machine/hand polishing including Mirror polishing of Terrazzo/Kotah/Mosaic stone cladding/dado tiles.Job includes washing all tiles and cleaning the site complete as directed by Engineer In-charge.

Providing supplying and sealing the Tile joints with gun grade polysulphide sealant suitable for external tile joints and cleaning the surface neatly and applying approved primer to the surface of approved make and as per the manufacturer's specifications and filling Gun grade sealant into the joints ,lines and levels complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work

Satna lime wash on walls with one coat.

Providing and fixing 15 mm thick false ceiling tiles at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991,in true horizontal level on the existing frame work consisting of T-sections and Lsections suitably fixed according to tile size as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Above works are inclusive of disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable,dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground beyond upto 150 mtr initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

PART 'B" Any unforeseen item not covered above, executed from CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates 2018 upto a base value of Rs. 7,00,000/- Hint: Bidder is supposed to quote rate for this item in column (green) at value which is at a certain percentage above or below the rate of DSR 2018. For e.g. if the estimated rate is Rs. 7,00,000/- then bidder should quote rate of Rs. 7,70,000/- incase he intends item in this part to be paid at the rate of 10% above DSR 2018 or Rs. 6,30,000/- incase he intends item in this part to be paid 10% below the DSR 2018 The value given in the rate for this item shall be used to derive the rate to be paid for the item from DSR 2018
