The required prior work experience for the bidder includes providing Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) services for similar high-speed boats or high-speed ships. The bidder should have completed works with annual costs of: - One similar completed work annually costing not less than INR 5 Crores OR - Two similar completed works each annually costing not less than INR 3 Crores OR - Three similar completed works each annually costing not less than INR 2 Crores. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, in the case of a Joint Venture/Consortium, the members who claim experience and financial turnover should have at least 26% equity in the consortium. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of CAMC of at least 25 FRP and Aluminium Hull speed boats of at least 15 knots maximum speed and length between 8 meters to 30 meters, during the preceding 7 years. The bidder should also have executed at least 2 comprehensive maintenance contracts with major government or semi-government organizations. A performance parameter of at least 90% boats being operational at all times is also mentioned.
