The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should be of the following value: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is ₹ 1,50,21,031.84 - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is ₹ 1,87,76,289.80 - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is ₹ 3,00,42,063.67 The estimated cost put to tender is ₹ 3,75,52,579.59. Similar Work(s) shall mean – Construction of RCC framed Structure Buildings/ Bridges/ Dams or Civil Renovation of building or Civil works for structural Retrofitting of buildings. The Joint Venture Company by itself should meet the experience criteria, or any Partner in the Joint Venture Company having a stake of at least 26% in the Joint Venture Company should meet the technical experience criteria on its own. The bidder should submit details of experience and past performance, including works/jobs done of similar nature in the past.
