Additionally, the bidder should have positive net cash accruals during any two Financial Years out of the last three Financial Years. Other specified financial eligibility points include Bid Security, Performance Security, and caps on profit and administrative expenses in case of overstay. The specified financial eligibility points are: - Net worth: more than 10% of APC - Net cash accruals: positive during any two Financial Years out of the last three Financial Years - Bid Security: 1% of APC or Rs. 10,00,000/-, whichever is higher - Performance Security: 15 days' agreed remittance - Counter guarantee from banks: net worth more than Rs. 500 Crore from their Indian operations - Profit cap in case of overstay: 5% - Administrative expenses cap in case of overstay: - Rs. 82,000/- per day for more than 8 lanes - Rs. 68,000/- per day for 5 to 8 (4+4) lanes - Rs. 41,000/- per day for (2+2) lanes, or actual expenditure done by the agency, whichever is lower
