Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of scroll type air cooled chilling machine having min. actual cooling capacity of 45 TR. The unit shall be provided with no. of scroll modules in parallel including supply of water flow switch. Unit shall be complete with first charge R134a/Env. Friendly refrigerant and coil duly charged at factory. The leaving chilled water temp. shall be not more than 7 deg. C while entering chilled water temp. shall be app. 12-12.5 deg. C. The outside ambient condition shall be 35 deg. C DBT. Fouling factor shall be considered as 0.0005 FPS. The Air cooled scroll chiller shall consist of multiple no. scroll compressor, liquid refrigerant cooled motor air cooled condenser, evaporator, factory mounted microprocessor based panel and interconnecting refrigerant piping, expansion valve controls and all other accessories to make it compact and efficient unit. Necessary insulation wherever required shall be provided from factory. Factory fabricated Mounting frame shall also be provided. The driving motor shall be suitable for operating 415V, +10%, 50 Hz AC supply. Necessary protection against damage of motor shall be incorporated through built in protection devices. The air cooled condenser coil shall be supplied with factory coated anticorrosive blygold coated copper tubes expanded into aluminium fins. Direct drive discharge fans with fan guard given by totally enclosed motor having class F insulation with IP-55 protection. Fan RPM shall not be more than 950. System shall have at least two independent refrigerant circuit and shall be suitable for operation in tandem, to reduce power consumption in case of part load operation by utilizing total condenser area for heat rejection even when one compression is in operation. Circuits shall be isolated from each other enabling to attempt the unit in case of any brake down keeping one unit in operation. The fan blade shall be specially fabricated with the material having high corrosion resistant Matching cooler of shell & tube shall be complete with refrigerant piping, fittings, valves, accessories to interconnect compressor, condenser, cooler & expansion valve. The unit shall have micro-processor based control panel with display. It shall also be equipped with protection & monitoring devices e.g. H/L pressure switch/thermal & current overload protector. Frame work for mounting the above condenser, chiller, compressor & motor with base plate complete with spring isolator shall be considered. Min. COP at AHRI condition shall be 3.0. Min. IPLV shall be 4/ECBC+ KW/TR. Vendor shall quote for chiller with higher IPLV. Full IKW/TR at designed condition shall not be more than 1.3 (including condenser fan power). It is desirable that the chiller machine shall be AHRI or Eurovent certified. Note: Bidder should refer to the detailed technical information mentioned in the NIT document.
