The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, such as construction or augmentation of a project consisting of a Water Treatment Plant or Disk filter-based treatment plant of minimum capacity 30 MLD, along with pipeline work and a pumping station. The bidder should have completed similar works with the following values and percentages: 1. Three Similar Works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 74,76,91,013. 2. Two Similar Works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 93,46,13,766. 3. One Similar Work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 149,53,82,026. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost during the last 3 years, which is Rs. 56,07,68,259. The bidder is also required to have experience in specific components of the project, including treatment plant, pumping machinery, and automation/SCADA. The bidder's bidding capacity for this work should be calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years, and the total value of existing commitment of ongoing work to be completed during the next N years. The value of existing commitments of ongoing works during the next N years should be certified by a Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant. The annual turnovers and bid capacity calculations should be submitted in the contractor's letterhead with the signature of the contractor, duly verified by a Chartered Accountant.
