Municipal Corporation Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar Annual Maintenance works of Road with Government/Semi Government/Municipal Corporation/any other public sector during the last 5 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three Similar Completed Annual Maintenance works of Road, each work costing Not less than the Amount Equal To 40% of the Estimated Cost. - Two Similar Completed Annual Maintenance works of Road, each work costing Not less than the Amount Equal To 50% of the Estimated Cost. - One Similar Completed Annual Maintenance works of Road, each work costing Not less than the Amount Equal To 80% of the Estimated Cost. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of having Similar Type of minimum 3 & max.5 main items in Government/Semi Government/Municipal Corporation/any other public sector as a prime contractor in tendered work during one of the last 5 years amounting to 30% of tendered main work quantity. Main items include: 1. Providing to contraction joints polysuphide sealent (Pouring grade):-1653.00 RMT 2. Repairs to road by BBM,BM & AC :-3200.00 Sq Meter 3. Reinstatement of trenches by WBM,BBM,BM and AC only :-1482.00 Sq Meter 4. Providing and fixing FRP & Heavy Duty RCC cover :-100.00 Sq Meter 5. Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface :- 3647.1 Sq Meter The bidder must submit a separate sheet about the required main items, 30% quantity executed in any one year during the last 5 years, along with a work completion certificate. Also, a 10% increase in experience and turnover is considered up to the current year.
