The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, including a performance certificate of projects from a competent authority for supply and installation of water meters executed in the past 5 to 7 years. Additionally, the bidder should have worked at least for 5 years in the area of design, manufacturing of water meter conforming to ISO4064 and or OIML R49 with EEC/MID certifications in India/Abroad. The bidder should have manufactured/supplied in India or abroad Electromechanical/ Ultrasonic/ Electro magnetic water meters of any size in the last 7 years, and should have supplied AMR water meters of any size which are running satisfactorily in the last 7 years. The bidder should also have supplied or installed SCADA/AMR/AMI in a water supply scheme which shall be in operation for at least 12 months in the last 7 years. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should not have more than 10% of contracts completed in the last 10 years with maximum value of eligible Liquidated Damages imposed due to poor performance. Furthermore, the bidder should not have more than 5% of contracts in hand during the last 10 years rescinded/terminated due to poor performance. The bidder shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available liquid assets (aggregate of working capital, cash in hand) and/or lines of credit sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements, minimum of INR equal to or greater than 15% of estimated cost put to tender as on 31 March 2024. For key personnel, the required prior work experience includes: - Project in charge/Team Leader: 15 years’ experience with water distribution networks, 5 years’ experience with 24x7 water supply operations. - Resident Engineer: 10 years’ experience with water distribution networks. - Site Engineer: 5 years’ experience with water distribution networks. - Electro Mechanical & Instrumentation Engineer: 5 years’ experience with water distribution networks.
