The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Completion of a single work of similar nature and magnitude which contains completion of single Concrete/ Bituminous pavement work. * A certificate of one successfully completed single work of similar nature and magnitude under Govt./Semi Govt. agencies as a sole Contractor costing not less than: + 50% of the estimated cost for projects valued between 1 to 10 crore + 60% of the estimated cost for projects valued above 10 crore + 6 crore, whichever is more * The value of single work of similar nature and magnitude should be updated to the current price level at 10% per annum. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least 30% of the estimated major quantity in any single year during the last five years, certified by not less than an executive engineer. The bidder should also have a list of Works of similar type and magnitude carried out by them, along with a requisite certificate (Statement No II). The required experience for key personnel includes: * Project Manager: 10 years of experience, with 5 years of experience in Concrete Roads. * Site Engineer: 5 years of experience in Roads. * Quality Control Engineer: 3 years of experience in material testing. The bidder should also have a minimum annual turnover, but the exact amount is not specified.
