Municipal Corporation Tender

The bidder should have a minimum prior work experience of 5 years for one engineer B.E. Civil / DCE. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - The minimum value of similar works completed in the last five years should be as per the amount of executed work. - The bidder should have completed either: - Three similar works whose work-wise cost should not be less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar works whose work-wise cost should not be less than the specified amount. - One similar work whose work-wise cost should not be less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar works whose work-wise cost should not be less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the contractor must have executed 30% quantity of major items in any single year during the last 5 years. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work whose work-wise cost is not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, or less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender.
