The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: B.E. / B tech Civil with a minimum of 20 years of experience. - Site Engineer (Daily): B.E. / B tech Civil with a minimum of 10 years of experience. - Site Supervisor (daily): Diploma Civil with a minimum of 5 years of experience or B.E. Civil with a minimum of 3 years of experience. - Plant /SCADA System Supervisor (daily): Diploma / Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience. - Surveyor of Total Station: Diploma / Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The bidder should have satisfactorily executed similar kind of work, which includes major quantum of main structures, with at least 30m span length precast PSC Girders with launching and Pile Foundations. The bidder must have completed a minimum quantity of the following items in any single year of the last five years: 1. TMT Steel - 30% of the quantity specified in Schedule 'B'. 2. M-35 grade concrete - 30% of the quantity specified in Schedule 'B'. 3. High Tensile Strands for Prestressing work - 30% of the quantity specified in Schedule 'B'. 4. M-45 grade concrete - 30% of the quantity specified in Schedule 'B'. No specific amount is mentioned for these quantities. The average annual financial turnover of the construction activity during the last 5 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost.
