The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: * Project Manager with Degree: 10 years * Graduate Engineer: 5 years or 2 years * Diploma Engineer: 5 years The value of similar works completed is mentioned as follows: * At least 3 similar works in the last 5 years, with a minimum value of Rs. 1.5 crores * The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 5 crores in the last 3 years * The value of executed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as follows: * Three similar completed works each of value not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender * Two similar completed works each of value not less than 25% of the estimated cost put to tender * One similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender
