The required prior work experience for the bidder can be demonstrated through one of the following options: a) Three similar completed works or currently executing three works of similar nature, each costing 30% of the estimated cost. b) Two similar completed works or currently executing two works of similar nature, each costing 40% of the estimated cost. c) One completed work or currently executing one work of similar nature, with an aggregate value of 60% of the estimated cost. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. In case of ongoing works, the bidder must have received payment bills of 80% of the contract sum for the work/works executed. Similar nature refers to any work involving construction of PSC/RCC/Composite Vehicular Bridges, Flyover, Skywalk, ROB, FOB, Steel Girder Structure Bridge with RCC deck slab or steel bridge, which involves placement of steel Girder. The tenderer should provide details of at least similar work, including the name of the project, name of the employer, cost of the project, date of issue of work order, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and actual cost of work done. Additionally, the tenderer should provide yearly turnover of civil engineering construction works during the last five years, including the financial year, annual turnover, updated value to the current year, and average of the last 5 years. The required prior work experience for various positions is as follows: - Project Manager with degree: 20 years - Deputy Project Manager with degree: 12 years - Project/Site Engineer (Degree/Diploma): 5 or 10 years respectively - Quality Graduate Engineer: 8 years - Surveyor: 8 years - Project Planning/ Billing Engineer: 6 years The percentages of similar works completed are 30%, 40%, and 60% of the estimated cost, and the bidder must have received payment bills of 80% of the contract sum for ongoing works.
