The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works or currently executing three works of similar nature, each costing 30% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works or currently executing two works of similar nature, each costing 40% of the estimated cost. - One completed work or currently executing one work of similar nature, of aggregate 60% of the estimated cost. Alternatively, the bidder can also have: - Three similar completed works, each of value not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works, each of value not less than 25% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender The value of completed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. The bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover, certified by a Chartered Accountant, equal to 30% of the estimated cost of work in the last three financial years. The bidder's average annual contractual payments received in any one of the previous three financial years should be at least 30% of the estimated value of the work. The values and percentages mentioned include: - 30% requirement of technical capacity for single discipline works - 35% of the value of any one component of the project work for composite works - 30% of the estimated value of the work for average annual contractual payments - 7 years as the time period for considering similar works completed - 10% compound rate per annum for enhancing the actual value of work - 20%, 25%, and 40% of the estimated cost put to tender for similar works completed - 0.10% of contract cost, minimum Rs. 1,000 and maximum Rs. 10,000 as charges.
