The required prior work experience for the bidder is at least three years in Protection & Maintenance of Trees & Removal of Dead and Dangerous trees/ branches from public as well as private premises. The prior work experience can be demonstrated by: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 25% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender Similar work experience can include works such as Building Construction, Building Maintenance, repairs/retrofitting/structural repairs, Construction/repairs of Asphalt/Concrete Roads, laying/rehabilitation of sewer lines, laying/rehabilitation of water pipe lines, repairs/maintenance/construction of culverts, Horticultural development & Maintenance Works, Protection & Maintenance of Trees, and Works related to Tree Census. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed 35% of the value of any one component of the project work, or 35% of the value of work of each component during the last three financial years. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. In terms of financial eligibility, the contractual payments received by the JV firm or the arithmetic sum of contractual payments received by all the members of the JV firm in any one of the previous three financial years should be at least 100% of the estimated value of the work as mentioned in the tender. The bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover, certified by a Chartered Accountant, equal to 30% of the estimated cost of work in the last three financial years immediately preceding the Financial Year in which bids are invited.
