The required prior work experience for the bidder is at least three years in Protection & Maintenance of Trees & Removal of Dead and Dangerous trees/ branches from public as well as private premises. However, private works experience shall not be considered. The required prior work experience can be demonstrated by: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 25% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily executed work of similar nature as a prime contractor for BMC/Semi Govt./Govt. & Public Sector Organizations during the last three years. The value of executed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. The bidder should also have achieved an average annual financial turnover, certified by a Chartered Accountant, equal to 30% of the estimated cost of work in the last three financial years. In terms of similar works completed, the bidder is required to provide information on works having the required turnover as per qualification criteria. The bidder must have completed at least 35% of the value of any one component of the project work, or 35% of the value of work of each component during the last three financial years. The financial eligibility criteria for the bidder include the contractual payments received by the JV firm or the arithmetic sum of contractual payments received by all the members of the JV firm in any one of the previous three financial years, and shall be at least 100% of the estimated value of the work as mentioned in the tender.
