The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily executed work of similar nature as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor during the last three years. The required prior work experience can be demonstrated in three ways: - Three similar completed works, each of value not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works, each of value not less than 25% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. Similar work experience includes building construction, building maintenance, repairs, retrofitting, structural repairs, construction or repairs of roads, laying or rehabilitation of sewer or water pipe lines, and horticultural development and maintenance works. Additionally, the bidder should have not less than three years of Protection & Maintenance of Trees & Removal of Dead and Dangerous trees/ branches from public as well as private premises. The bidder is required to provide details of work experience, including the number of years and names of projects for the Horticulturist/Botanist and Site Supervisor, as well as details of works having the required turnover as per qualification criteria, existing commitments, and ongoing works, including costs and values of contracts. Technical eligibility criteria require the Lead member of the JV firm to have completed at least 35% of the value of any one component of the project work, or any member having satisfactorily completed 35% of the value of work of each component during the last seven financial years. Financial eligibility criteria require the contractual payments received by the JV firm or the arithmetic sum of contractual payments received by all members of the JV firm in any one of the previous three financial years to be at least 100% of the estimated value of the work.
