For assessing the technical capacity of Regular, Routine and Maintenance works, the bidder should have completed similar works, which include any civil engineering construction work. Note that for Original and New Construction Works, similar work experience is NOT APPLICABLE. The bidder's prior work experience is also linked to the requirement of technical staff, which varies depending on the cost of the work, with experience requirements including: - Project Manager: 20 years - Deputy Project Manager: 12 years - Project/Site Engineer: 5 or 10 years - Quality Engineer: 8 years - Surveyor: 8 years - Project Planning/Billing Engineer: 6 years The financial capacity required is an average annual financial turnover of 30% of the estimated cost of work.
