The required prior work experience for the bidder varies depending on the type of work. For Regular, Routine and Maintenance works, the bidder must have satisfactorily executed: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 20% of the estimated cost (Rs. 50,72,458) - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 25% of the estimated cost (Rs. 63,40,572) - One similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 40% of the estimated cost (Rs. 1,01,44,915) For Original and New construction works, the bidder must have satisfactorily executed: - Three similar completed works or currently executing three works of similar nature each costing 30% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works or currently executing two works of similar nature each costing 40% of the estimated cost - One completed work or currently executing one work of similar nature of aggregate 60% of the estimated cost Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily executed work of similar nature in the last seven years.
