The required prior work experience for the bidder includes similar works in areas such as Protection & Maintenance of Trees & Removal of Dead and Dangerous trees/ branches from public as well as private premises, Building Construction, Building Maintenance, repairs/retrofitting/structural repairs, Construction/repairs of Asphalt/Concrete Roads, laying/rehabilitation of sewer lines, and laying/rehabilitation of water pipe lines. The bidder should have completed works with the following value and percentage: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Or two similar completed works each of value not less than 25% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Or one similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily executed work of similar nature as a prime contractor for BMC/Semi Govt./Govt. & Public Sector Organizations during the last three years, with an average annual financial turnover of 30% of the estimated cost of work. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. The bidder should have not less than three years of experience in Protection & Maintenance of Trees & Removal of Dead and Dangerous trees/ branches from public as well as private premises. In terms of financial eligibility criteria, the contractual payments received by the JV firm or the arithmetic sum of contractual payments received by all the members of JV firm in any one of the previous three financial years shall be at least 100% of the estimated value of the work. For composite works, at least one member should have satisfactorily completed 35% of the value of any one component of the project work.
