The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily executed work of a similar nature as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in the last three years. The specific requirements are: - Three similar completed works, each of value not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works, each of value not less than 25% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender The value of executed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. Similar work experience includes completed or ongoing works in various fields such as building construction, road construction, and tree maintenance. Additionally, the bidder should have not less than three years of experience in Protection & Maintenance of Trees & Removal of Dead and Dangerous trees/ branches from public as well as private premises. However, private works experience shall not be considered. The average annual financial turnover should be equal to 30% of the estimated cost of work in the last three financial years. The contractual payments received by the bidder or the arithmetic sum of contractual payments received by all members of the JV firm in any one of the previous three financial years should be at least 100% of the estimated value of the work as mentioned in the tender. In case of work involving a single discipline, the Lead member of the JV firm shall meet at least 35% requirement of technical capacity. Alternatively, in case of composite works, at least one member should have satisfactorily completed 35% of the value of any one component of the project work.
