The required prior work experience for the bidder includes execution of any 1500V DC / 25 kV AC Railway OHE work involving running lines. The specific requirements are as follows: - For Lot I: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender (INR 4.07 Cr), totaling INR 1.22 Cr (30% of 4.07 Cr). - Alternatively, two similar works costing not less than 40% of the advertised value (INR 5.42 Cr), or one similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value (INR 8.13 Cr). - For Lot II: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender (INR 7.67 Cr), totaling INR 2.30 Cr (30% of 7.67 Cr). - Alternatively, two similar works costing not less than 40% of the advertised value (INR 10.22 Cr), or one similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value (INR 15.33 Cr). The bidder must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed, with a value of not less than 35% of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. Additionally, the bidder must meet the aggregate requirements of "Railway Electrification OHE works" for respective lots through the total number of contracts of similar works completed or substantially completed, equal to or less than the number of respective lots. A minimum of 10% technical capacity is required. The values and percentages mentioned for similar works completed are: - 30% of the advertised value for three similar works - 40% of the advertised value for two similar works - 60% of the advertised value for one similar work - 35% of the work to be subletted for the subcontractor's work experience.
