Sheet steel pedestal mounted, double doors (inner & outer) control panel of appropriate size and design industrial outdoor type fabricated out of 12 SWG (2.5mm approx.) M.S. angle frame work in folded and welded construction and detachable sheet steel (2mm approx. thick) fixed on the control panel for mounting the control gears with necessary mounting arrangement made out of G.I. flat of 25 x 5mm (approx.) or suitable G.I. plate to suit the fittings / switch gears. The control panel must be of appropriate size 1000mm (L) x 1000mm (H) x 300mm (W) approx. to accommodate the following switch gears with interconnecting wiring between the switchgear by using PVC insulated PVC sheathed or sleeved copper conductor wires. The control panel shall be provided with necessary locking arrangement and the M.S. angle frame work for mounting control panel shall be fabricated out of 50x50x50mm approx. The fabricated control panel shall undergo painting process and two coats of oven baked epoxy primer before giving two coats of epoxy paint and to be grouted in a cement concrete foundation prepared out of cement mortar of M20 grade (1: 1.5: 3) as per specifications and drawing etc. and shall comprise of the following items:
i) 63 Amps, 415 Volts TPN SFU as incomer, panel mounting type with HRC fuses of suitable rating.
ii) Time switch, daily dial with quartz control mechanism, 16 Amps, 230 Volts, 50Hz, A.C. supply operation – 1 No.
iii) Power contactor, triple pole, 32 Amps, 415 V, with 230 volts actuating coil for automatic switching ON/OFF the high mast lighting. – 1 No.
iv) DMC/SMC terminal blocks, 63 Amps 4 ways & 32 Amps 3 ways having clamp type terminals –1set.
v) TPN MCB unit, 32 Amps, 415 Volts ‘C’ series for controlling lights - 1 No. vi) TP MCB unit, 40 Amps, 415 Volts ‘C’ series for winch motor - 1 No. vii) 3 Phase Digital KWH meter of suitable rating and with LCD display.
viii) Control circuit including triple pole power contactor, 25 Amps, 415 Volts with 230 volts actuating coil and push buttons etc. for operating power tool motor for hoisting and lowering the lantern carriage – 1 set. ix) 1 No. Godrej Navtal lock of 65 mm dia with keys in triplicate. The control panel shall undergo seven tank process cleaning with grey epoxy painting, mounting arrangements made out of 40 x 40 x 5mm (approx.) M.S. angle frame of suitable shape and design.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable numbers of Energy Efficient fittings (LED / LEP) as per specifications on each of the tower so as to achieve the average illumination level of not less than 30 Lux within a radius of 50 meter at the ground level.
Installation of fixture shall be inclusive of fixing using suitable GI Clamps, GI pipes, nut bolts, etc., necessary modification to the lighting towers, suitable number of Distribution Box of appropriate size at top platform of existing High mast and wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable number of copper conductor cores of suitable size, lugs, MCB’s, earthing to the fitings, etc. The work also includes interconnecting wiring between luminaries and junction box/ boxes/ distribution boards by using appropriate size and grade of PVC insulated / armoured copper conductor wires / cables etc. Price quoted shall be inclusive of replacement warranty of Five years for Energy Efficient fittings being installed.
Details of No. of Energy Efficient fittings (LED / LEP) for each high mast tower & Proposed Wattage of Each Energy Efficient fittings (LED / LEP) are to be filled in Form 12 / Form 14 as applicable to the Tenderer.
01 Set means total number of fittings for each high mast. Accordingly, the cost of 01 fittings will be calculated by this department.
