Part - 1 : SITC OF 5 Nos. of High Mast (30 meter) Lighting Tower with Energy Efficient fittings (LED / LEP) along with allied works in Indira dock

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Symmetrical high mast system of 30 mtr height to meet lighting level requirement (average illumination level of not less than 30 Lux in a radius of 50 mtr) with its accessories and suitable counter weight. Mast shaft shall be continuously tapered, polygonal in size in sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3 and in compliance with TR7. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, SS-316 wire rope, appropriate size EPR insulated PCP sheathed trailing cable with copper conductor, double drum winch, Galvanized Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for required number of luminaries as per design to achieve average illumination level of not less than 30 Lux in a radius of 50 mtr so as to achieve Emin/Eavg 0.3 and Emin/Emax 0.2 and lightening finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation. The erection of high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, installation and wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of suitable size, lugs, MCB’s etc. The work also includes interconnecting wiring between luminaries and junction box/ boxes/ distribution boards by using appropriate size and grade of PVC insulated / armoured copper conductor wires / cables etc.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable numbers of Energy Efficient fittings (LED / LEP) as per specifications on each of the tower so as to achieve the average illumination level of not less than 30 Lux within a radius of 50 meter at the ground level. Installation of fixture shall be inclusive of fixing using suitable GI Clamps, GI pipes, nut bolts, etc. and necessary modification to the lighting towers. Price quoted shall be inclusive of replacement warranty of Five years for Energy Efficient fittings being installed. Details of No. of Energy Efficient fittings (LED / LEP) for each high mast tower & Proposed Wattage of Each Energy Efficient fittings (LED / LEP) are to be filled in Form 12 / Form 14 as applicable to the Tenderer. 01 Set means total number of fittings for each high mast. Accordingly, the cost of 01 fittings will be calculated by this department.
