Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority Tender

The bidder should have successfully completed similar works/services during the last five years ending 31st January 2025. The requirements are as follows: - At least one similar completed work/service costing not less than an amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost of the tender. - Or, at least two similar completed works/services each costing not less than an amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost of the tender. - Or, at least three similar completed works/services each costing not less than an amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost of the tender. Additionally, the average annual financial turnover during the last three financial years ending 31st March 2024 should be at least 30% of the estimated cost of the tender, and the bidder should have a positive Net Worth in the last three financial years ending 31st March 2024. A Solvency Certificate to the extent of 20% of the estimated cost of the tender from a Nationalized Bank or Scheduled Bank should also be submitted. The bidder should not have abandoned any of the Works after award of the contracts during the last five years.
