The bidder should have prior work experience in similar works, including Repairs of Building works such as Structural Repair, Waterproofing, Plumbing, Flooring, Plastering, Painting, and miscellaneous works. The bidder should have carried out the following quantities of items of work in any one year in the last 5 years: - Waterproofing Treatment for Terrace /WC & Bath/ OH & UG Tank: 200 Sqm - External/Internal Plastering: 25852 Sqm - Painting: 24783 Sqm - Polymer Micro Concrete: 270 Sqm The bidder should have completed 30% for tender item quantity, and 80% of the cost put to tender during the recent last 3 financial years. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least Rs. 6.37 Crs. The bidder should have experience in Government or Semi-Government projects, with a certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, with the following requirements: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 3.18 Crs. each) - Or, two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 3.98 Crs. each) - Or, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 6.37 Crs. each) The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 7,96,78,935/- (excluding GST). The bidder should have carried out work of similar nature and magnitude, and be registered in the appropriate category with the PWD/MCGM/MHADA/CIDCO/MJP.
