The important information given under the technical capacity header which is specifically related to prior work experience includes: * The bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value), as a prime contractor or as a partner of JV for similar works during last five years ending last day of month previous to the one in which bids are invited, either of the following: * Three similar completed works costing not less than amount equal to Rs. 52.37 lakhs each. * Two similar completed works costing not less than amount equal to Rs 73.32 lakhs each. * One similar completed work costing not less than amount equal to Rs. 104.75 lakhs. * Average Annual Turn-over during last 3 years: Rs. 209.49 lakhs (estimated cost of work) * Work of similar nature during last 5 years: * Single work of Rs. 104.75 lakhs (minimum 50% of estimated cost of work) * Two similar works each of Rs. 73.32 lakhs (minimum 35% of estimated cost of work) * Three similar works each of Rs. 52.37 lakhs (minimum 25% of estimated cost of work) * The escalation factors to be used to bring the value of such completed works to the level of current financial year are: * Year One: 1.1 * Year Two: 1.21 * Year Three: 1.33 * Year Four: 1.46 * Year Five: 1.61 * Weightage percentages for different items of work, such as: * Clearing grass and removal of rubbish: 0.24% * Bituminous Macadam: 14.07% * Dense Bituminous Macadam: 21.13%Similar work or eligible projects mentioned in technical capacity experience are: 1. Highway, Bridge construction / Maintenance works - 5 years experience as Project Manager. 2. Highway Construction / Maintenance works - 4 years experience as Site Engineer-cum-Surveyor. 3. Highway Property Management and Maintenance - 3 years experience as Incident cum Road Property Manager-cum-Route Operation Manager. 4. Road Safety Audit - 5 years experience with a certificate from an approved government agency, with a requirement of 3 days in every 3 months. Additionally, the following values and percentages are mentioned for liquidated damages, insurance, and other amounts: - 0.1 percent of the remaining value of contract to be executed, rounded off to the nearest thousand, per day, with a minimum of Rs. 10,000/- per day. - 10 per cent of the Initial Contract Price rounded off to the nearest thousand of Rs. 20,95,000/- per day. - 1% of the value of work corresponding to the updated programme. - 5% of Contract Price for insurance. - Rs. 20 lakhs for multiple incidents for insurance.
